Before freelancing, I was a software developer at TMT ID (formerly Phronesis) as the product team grew from startup to scale-up. Before software, I spent 13+ years in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, including five years teaching, which shaped how I explain complex ideas, mentor others, and stay steady under pressure.
